You can have cranberry sauce on the low FODMAP diet. This version, our FODMAP IT!™ Cranberry Sauce with Orange Marmalade, takes advantage of purchased orange marmalade.
Low FODMAP Serving Size Info: Makes about 3 cups (720 ml); 24 servings; serving size 2 tablespoons
Stir all the ingredients together well in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low-medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 to 10 minutes or until sauce has somewhat thickened and is nice and glossy.
Cool, then refrigerate in an airtight container or up to 4 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
